國際法學會的二○○二年會於四月二日至七日於印度首都新德里召開，本學會出席之會員有外交部條約法律司程副司長其蘅、條約法律司潘秘書肇德、中央研究院歐美研究所洪德欽副研究員、學會秘書長陳純一教授與副秘書長王冠雄助理教授。此次年會共舉行了十八個委員會會議，分別為：國際貨幣法委員會(Committee on International Monetary Law)、太空法(Space Law)、人員與財產之外交保護(Diplomatic Protection of Persons and Property)、女性主義與國際法委員會(Committee on Feminism and International Law)、水資源法(Water Resources Law)、國際商務仲裁(International Commercial Arbitration)、國際民事及商務訴訟(International Civil and Commercial Litigation)、難民程序(Refugee Procedures)、永續發展之法律層面(Legal Aspect of Sustainable Development)、國際人權法律及實踐(International Human Rights Law and Practice)、國際家事法(International Family Law)、國家繼承之法律層面(Aspects of Law of State Succession)、國際貿易法(International Trade Law)、國際法教學(Teaching of International Law)、外大陸礁層之法律議題(Legal Issues of the Outer Continental Shelf)、國際組織之責任(Accountability of International Organisations)、文化遺產法(Cultural Heritage Law)、環境法之跨國執法(Transnational Enforcement of Environm-ental Law)，以及一場針對國際恐怖主義之專題討論會。
