王冠雄

​

王冠雄理事長畢業於中國文化大學政治學系與政治學研究所，後於英國布里斯托大學法學院獲得國際法法學博士，現任國立臺灣師範大學政治學研究所教授。

​

經歷：國立台灣師範大學政治學研究所所長、中國文化大學學務長、考試院典試委員、亞太政策研究協會理事長、中華民國國際關係學會理事、中華民國海洋事務與政策協會理事、臺灣海洋法政與治理學會理事、Foundation for the Development of International Law in Asia (DILA) 主席、 英國倫敦國際法學會（International Law Association）之Study Group of Asian State Practice of Domestic Implementation of International Law of the International Law Association 學術研究委員、Encyclopedia of Public International Law in Asia (Brill, 2021) 臺灣卷主編、Encyclopedia of Ocean Law and Policy in Asia-Pacific (Brill, 2022) 臺灣卷主編、Chinese (Taiwan) Yearbook of International Law and Affairs 編輯委員、中華國際法與超國界法評論 編輯委員、遠景季刊 編輯委員、Asian Yearbook of International Law 編輯委員、Korean Journal of International and Comparative Law 編輯委員、Asia-Pacific Journal of Ocean Law and Policy (APJOLP) 編輯委員、2007年加拿大外交部研究獎，加拿大達荷西大學（Dalhousie University）法學院客座研究、2013年中華民國外交部駐點計畫，澳洲臥龍岡大學（University of Wollongong）澳洲國家海洋資源與安全中心（Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security, ANCORS）客座研究。
